Oria Futures is an innovative startup and research company based in Trento, Italy and working across Europe and the world. We are dedicated to the research and development of collective foresight methodologies. Our primary function is experimental research and development in the social and human sciences, which we translate into digital toolkits, specialized consulting, professional training, and collaborative events. We operate as a dedicated infrastructure for the production and diffusion of innovative methodologies for participatory strategic foresight. Our work is defined by three equally important pillars: we are care-centric, power-aware, and regenerative. We operate from the belief that organizations are living systems that require a high standard of care to navigate the complexity of our times.

We believe an organization is only as perceptive as its people are healthy. We prioritize relational vitality to restore the internal energy required for teams to detect emerging shifts through the rigorous practice of futures thinking. By shifting the role of visionary to collective empowerment, we ensure that the operational infrastructure of a company supports its integrated alignment between immediate tasks and long-term aspirations. Through radical imagination, we make unknown possibilities familiar to move teams beyond reactive habits toward proactive strategic navigation. Our commitment to intentional stewardship ensures that every strategic practice renews the health of the system. This creates a foundation for organizations to become healthy ancestors for the generations to follow.

During this pre-incorporation phase, we are engaging in beta projects to address client challenges while conducting foundational R&D to establish a new standard of care in the field of futures thinking. Our goal is to move beyond static, top-down forecasting. When reactive patterns cause severe internal friction, teams need the ability to anticipate change together. We help organizations develop a shared, participatory capacity to detect and process systemic shifts before they become crises. We ensure your strategic navigation is not just a technical exercise, but a practical act of systemic repair.
